How it works

1. Login to the Portal The customer logs into their personal account using: • Email & Password

1.1  Payment / Credits The order is completed using: • Available credits or • Purchase of new credits via bank transfer / online payment

2. Select Service From the New file service menu, the customer selects the desired file service: • Stage 1 / Stage 2 • DPF / EGR / AdBlue OFF • DTC OFF • Gearbox tuning (if available) • Custom requests

3. Upload ECU File The customer uploads the original ECU file: • Read via OBD / Bench / Boot • Supported formats 

4. Fill in Vehicle Details Required fields: • Make / Model • Engine size / Power • ECU type • Year of manufacture • VIN number

8. Submit Order The customer clicks: Submit Order The order is then registered in the system.
